Sacraments

Sacred moments. Real lives. Abundant grace.

Grace throughout life
We celebrate the historic Sacraments of Catholic Christianity with reverence and compassion. They accompany us through growth, commitment, illness, reconciliation, vocation, and loss. Ask us about preparation or a celebration that fits your circumstances.

Eucharist
The Eucharist is central to our worship: bread and wine become for us a sacred encounter with Christ and a sign that we belong to one human family. Our published practice welcomes believing Christians to Communion. Visitors may also come forward for a blessing or speak with us beforehand.

Baptism and Confirmation
We welcome inquiries about Baptism for infants, children, and adults. Confirmation preparation offers young people and adults space to learn, question, and freely affirm their faith. A perfect church attendance record is not needed to begin the conversation.

Reconciliation
Reconciliation offers a chance to name mistakes and wounds honestly, receive forgiveness, and begin again. We seek an approach shaped by healing and peace rather than fear.

Marriage
We welcome conversations with couples, including LGBTQ+ couples and people with previous marriages or different religious backgrounds. Tell us your story and your hopes for the ceremony; we will discuss what is possible together.

Anointing of the Sick
Anointing offers prayer and strength during illness, treatment, aging, or other serious challenges. It is not reserved for the last moments of life. Visits may be possible in a home, hospital, hospice, or care facility.

Holy Orders and other blessings
Those discerning ordained ministry may begin a thoughtful conversation. We also welcome inquiries about home blessings, renewal of vows, prayer before a procedure, and other meaningful occasions.

Funerals and memorials
We offer conversation, prayer, and pastoral support around death and grief, including funerals, memorials, and graveside services when appropriate. You may contact us even if your loved one was not a parish member.
